Delivery & Returns

Cuppa Kindness® Pearl Grey is a twist on the classic Earl Grey. It blends black tea with bergamot, rose, mallow and lavender petals to soothe and calm. It can be enjoyed with or without milk, or a slice of lemon - despite what some may say, there are no rules here!

All of our teas are hand-blended loose leaf, encapsulated in fully biodegradable tea bags. Each bag has a scannable tag leading you to a positive affirmation every time you make a drink. 

The bespoke audio experience that accompanies blend is a short and simple meditation to squeeze into the businest of days. Listen to as your tea brews to make every cuppa the opportunity to be a Mindful Mug Moment.

How to enjoy: Prepare with boiling water over and brew for 3 minutes. Enjoy with or without milk for a citrusy, fresh & floral cuppa

Ingredients: Black tea (91%), rose petals, lavender, mallow flowers, natural flavouring. 

Made in a factory that handles almonds, hazelnuts and peanuts. 

All Cuppa Kindness® Mindful Tea Blends are packaged in a fully biodegradable stand-up kraft pouch with paper label.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only, via Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Tracked 48 services.

Delivery timescales vary depending on the product(s) that you choose to order. These will always be set out on the product page before placing your order so that you know when to expect to receive the item(s).  The vast majority of items will be delivered in less than 5 working days, and many items have 1-2 day delivery available.

Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order (subject to the exceptions listed below) at any time up to fourteen days from the date of delivery to you, and to receive a full refund, including the costs of delivery.

  • If you wish to return an item you must notify the retailer in writing and agree the return before sending your item.
  • You have a right to cancel any order placed with us, except for items which are perishable or personalised or customised to order.
  • If you are returning an item due to a fault with the item or if the wrong item has been sent then the retailer will be responsible for paying return postage.
  • If you are returning an unopened item because you have changed your mind, then you are responsible for paying return postage. 
  • We recommend you use a tracked service to return items.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, any refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days from receiving your cancellation in writing.
